Refund and Returns Policy

At Bralettes for Nursing, we offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with the tags still attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery. If you notice any damage, defects, or if you received an incorrect item, please contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, some products cannot be returned if you change your mind. These restrictions will be clearly mentioned on the product page. If you have concerns about a particular product, feel free to contact us. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest starting by returning the original product. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to finalize the refund.
